TERMS & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of services provided by Borbolla & Figueiras Professional Services LLC under the DBAs AIstaffy and Acme Septic, including our website, onboarding, support, and any SMS messaging sent or received as part of the service ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing, using, or interacting with AIstaffy or Acme Septic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use this service.

1. Service Agreement and Onboarding Policy

Service is billed at $499 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.

Work begins after you complete onboarding details (business info, hours, services, booking rules, and where leads should be routed). You are responsible for providing accurate information and promptly notifying us of changes.

We provide 24/7 lead handling and booking based on your rules. We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, or specific results.

2. Refund Policy

The one-time onboarding fee of $499 is non-refundable. This fee covers the setup, configuration, and kickoff session required to launch your assistant.

Monthly fees are non-refundable during the first 30 days of service. This period covers active onboarding, configuration, and optimization of your assistant.

After your first 30 days, if you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us directly through aistaffy.com/contact. We will make every effort to resolve your concern within 5 business days. If we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction, we will refund your most recent monthly payment, provided it was charged after your initial 30-day onboarding period, and cancel your account.

Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate onboarding information provided by the client, failure to set up call forwarding correctly, changes to the client's business not communicated to AIstaffy, or cancellations requested after a new billing cycle has already processed.

You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Borbolla & Figueiras Professional Services LLC DBA AIstaffy or Borbolla & Figueiras Professional Services LLC DBA Acme Septic, depending on the service or brand you engage with. Consent is obtained through website forms and onboarding forms where you check an SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Message Types and Frequency

Messages sent by Borbolla & Figueiras Professional Services LLC DBA AIstaffy or Borbolla & Figueiras Professional Services LLC DBA Acme Septic may include transactional messages such as appointment reminders, order confirmations, account notifications, pricing or setup updates, scheduling updates, support messages, and responses to inquiries. If you separately consent, messages may also include marketing and promotional content. Message frequency varies.

5. Data Rates and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier, and Borbolla & Figueiras Professional Services LLC DBA AIstaffy or Borbolla & Figueiras Professional Services LLC DBA Acme Septic is not responsible for any messaging or data fees incurred.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-consent.

8. Message Delivery

Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier issues, network outages, device compatibility, or user settings.

9. User Obligations

You agree to use our messaging services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to send messages that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, harassing, or infringe on the rights of others.

10. Compliance With Laws

Our messaging services are intended to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to privacy, telecommunications, and commercial messaging.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Borbolla & Figueiras Professional Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
