You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use this service.
Service Agreement and Onboarding Policy
Service is billed at $499 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
Setup is $0 with 90 days active service. If you cancel before 90 days, a $499 onboarding fee applies.
Work begins after you complete onboarding details (business info, hours, services, booking rules, and where leads should be routed). You are responsible for providing accurate information and promptly notifying us of changes.
We provide 24/7 lead handling and booking based on your rules. We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, or specific results.
Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from AIstaffy. Consent is obtained through website forms and onboarding forms where you check an SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Types and Frequency
Messages sent by AIstaffy may include request confirmations, pricing/setup updates, scheduling updates, support messages, and responses to inquiries. Message frequency varies.
Data Rates and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier, and AIstaffy is not responsible for any messaging or data fees incurred.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from AIstaffy at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-consent.
